Our accessibility intent

scan2fix aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. We test with keyboard navigation, screen readers, and at mobile viewport widths down to 320px.

What we do

  • Skip-to-content link on every page.
  • 48px minimum touch targets, 16px+ form inputs, no text under 12px.
  • The menu drawer uses a native <dialog> element, which traps focus and closes on Escape.
  • The hero animation respects prefers-reduced-motion and swaps to a static storyboard.
  • Color is never the only signal — status and emergency callouts pair color with text and icons.

Known limitations

The 6-stage hero animation on the homepage is decorative; its content is also described in visible caption text and a static storyboard for reduced-motion users. If you find a place where this falls short, please tell us.
