• Photos. Any photo you choose to attach.
• Optional contact info. A phone number or email, only if you choose to provide one.
• Consent-gated SMS. Text updates about your report are sent only if you opt in.

Who operates scan2fix

scan2fix is operated by Veluna Elara LLC as part of Veluna Rent. Your report is shared with your landlord and the vendor assigned to the repair — it isn't sold or shared for marketing.
